Don't like a feature in a Google product? Something not working like it should? Want new or different functionality?
Send feedback! Google reads and analyzes all their customer feedback and makes changes to reflect that feedback.
A good example is Google Drive's move from "Shared with me" to "Incoming" then back to "Shared with me". On March 2, 2015, Google posted,
"With the launch of the new Drive UI last year, we renamed the ‘Shared with me’ section to ‘Incoming’ and tweaked the functionality a bit. We’ve since heard feedback from people using the new UI that they miss the ‘Shared with me’ functionality, so today, we’re bringing it back."
You can send feedback in most Google products.
Just click on "send feedback" in the help menu and let Google know what you think!
