Google Docs: Replace URL with Title

While in Google Docs, Google will now ask you if you would like to replace a "naked" url with the name of the item that is linked (webpage, document, spreadsheet, etc.) if Google can detect its title replacement.

After pasting a url into a document, click on it once and at the bottom of the popup there will be a prompt, "Replace URL with its title?".

Click on Yes to replace the url with the title.

You can use this Google Docs feature to easily get linked titles to use in other places such as an email, spreadsheet, or website.
