Take a Photo or Video with Your Chromebook

In the corner of your screen, select the Launcher.

Open the Camera app. 

Then, on the right side, choose an option:

Select Video and then Start recording.

Select Photo and then Take photo.

Select Square and then Take photo.

You can also change how your photos or videos are captured using the menu on the left:

Settings (gear) - Change your settings.

Mirror - Flip your photo from left to right.

Grid - Use gridlines to straighten photos.

Timer - Take photos with a timer.

Find your photos and videos:
Click on the blue folder to view your Chromebooks local storage.

Save photo or video to Drive:

• Select "Images" on the left.
• Click on the photos and videos you would like to save in Drive.
• Drag selected images to your Drive folder (on the left).
