Insert Emojis in Google Docs

 Have you noticed the POWER of the @ sign in a Google doc? Give it a try!

On any document, type the @ sign and you will get a dropdown menu of elements in your document such as who the document is shared with, building blocks available to add elements to the document, files that are linked in the document, and the newest feature... Emojis!!

To search for and add emojis directly inline with text in Docs, follow one or all of the options below: 

• Type “@” followed by a descriptor, such as “@smile,” to search for a specific emoji amongst other menu items

• Type “@:” or “:” to see a dropdown list of emojis and the option to navigate to the entire catalog of emojis
