You can manage and follow all the activity on your tech ticket including adding additional information and canceling your ticket just by logging into Incident IQ? (Click Google SSO on the left)
When you submit a ticket in Incident IQ, you can cc someone on your ticket? Just add their email address next to the prompt "Notify additional users?" when creating a ticket and that person will be notified of the ticket and will be included in all the communication on that ticket.
