New Scheduling Features in Google Calendar

With Google's new calendar scheduling features, you can peek at calendars and automatically add guests.


1. Click on "Search for People" in the box under "Meet with" on the left of your calendar. 




2. Add everyone who you would like to invite to your meeting and you will be able to temporarily view their calendars (free/busy only). 


3. After you've made your selections, you can either click on the create button or click on an available time right on your calendarSince you have already added your coworkers’ calendars, they’ll load right in the background, making it even easier and faster to find an available time for everyone.

Click on the "Create" button above:

A pop-up box will appear. From here, choose either "See guest availability" or "Suggested times".


Additional fields (Guests, Rooms, Location, Conferencing, and Description fields) are now editable directly in the meeting creation pop-up dialog.
